This Cookie Policy explains how KIKA (“we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website or use the KIKA AI concierge dashboard. It also tells you what your choices are.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They help websites remember who you are, keep you signed in, and understand how people use a service. We also use similar storage technologies such as browser localStorage for non-essential preferences.
2. Cookies we use

3. Third-party cookies
When you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram account, or WhatsApp Business account through Meta, Meta’s OAuth flow may set or read its own cookies according to Meta’s Cookie Policy. Google Sign-In does the same when you choose “Continue with Google”. We do not control those cookies.
4. How long cookies last
Essential session cookies last only while your browser is open. Authentication tokens are refreshed automatically and expire when you sign out or after a period of inactivity. Functional preference storage lasts until you clear your browser data.
5. How to manage cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Keep in mind that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from signing in to KIKA.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as we add features or change how we use cookies. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
